For those still requiring visa application documents from APRCPH, kindly reach out to the registration secretariat at wailian@cpma.org.cn after completing your registration and pay the registration fee. We strongly advise completing your registration by September 30, 2025, to ensure sufficient time for visa application processing. Please be aware that necessary documents will be prepared solely for those who have completed registration with payment. When contacting the secretariat office, please include certificate document or screenshot of your payment from the bank.
