酒店预订及退订须知
 
尊敬的嘉宾，为确保您顺利预订及入住，请仔细阅读以下须知：
Dear Guests, To ensure a smooth booking and check-in process, please read the following instructions carefully:
一、预订说明
I. Booking Instructions
预订资格：本预订服务仅面向大会参会嘉宾。非参会嘉宾的预订视为无效，相关责任自负。
Eligibility: This booking service is exclusively for conference attendees. Bookings made by non-attendees will be considered invalid, and relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the booker.
房源信息：11月为海南旅游旺季，房源紧张，请尽早预订。目前合作酒店包括：博鳌金海岸大酒店、博鳌亚洲论坛东屿岛酒店。
Room Availability: November is the peak tourist season in Hainan, and rooms are limited. Please book as early as possible. Current partner hotels include: Boao Golden Coast Grand Hotel, Boao Asia Forum Dongyu Island Hotel.
特殊需求：如您计划提前抵达或延长住宿，请在预订时的备注栏中明确说明。
Special Requests: If you plan to arrive early or extend your stay, please clearly state this in the remarks section during booking.

二、退房与发票
II. Check-out and Invoice
退房时间：标准退房时间为入住当日12:00前。如需延迟退房，请提前与酒店协商，并将可能产生额外费用（按酒店标准收取）。
Check-out Time: The standard check-out time is before 12:00 on the day of departure. If you require a late check-out, please negotiate with the hotel in advance, as additional fees may apply (according to the hotel’s standards).
发票开具：住宿发票由入住酒店直接开具。您可在退房时凭预订信息向前台索取，无需通过会务组。
Invoice Issuance: The accommodation invoice will be issued directly by the hotel where you stay. You can request it at the front desk during check-out using your booking information; it is not necessary to go through the conference organizing committee.

3. 重要退订政策
3. Important Cancellation Policy
为确保您的权益，请特别关注以下取消规则：
To protect your rights, please pay special attention to the following cancellation rules:
免费取消截止：2025年11月23日 24:00前取消预订，不收取任何费用。
Free Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations made before 24:00 on November 23, 2025, will not incur any charges.
不可取消期限：大会召开前5天起（即2025年11月24日00:00后），已售房间将不接受任何形式的取消或变更，届时将扣除全额房费。感谢您的理解与配合。
Non-Cancellation Period: Starting 5 days before the conference (i.e., after 00:00 on November 24, 2025), sold rooms will not accept any form of cancellation or change, and the full room rate will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
